The celebration will mainly take place indoors in a ballroom. However, there is also a terrace where you can step outside and enjoy some fresh air. Since it’s in November, the weather should be mild, but it can get a bit cooler in the evening, so bringing a light layer is a good idea.

Please RSVP by August 31 at the latest, but earlier is even better, it helps us plan everything more smoothly.

Plus-ones are welcome, however, please RSVP with your guest’s full name so we can add them to your invitation and the final headcount. We kindly ask that any additional guests only attend if arranged with us beforehand, as we are keeping the celebration small and private.

Generally, arriving one day before the wedding is sufficient, but if you’d like to do some sightseeing, it’s better to come earlier. Eva will be in Cairo from Monday, and we are planning a few activities for our guests in the days leading up to the wedding. We’ll share more details soon.

For guests who do not live in Cairo/do not have their own car, and who are not familiar with the local transportation, we will provide a transfer between the church and the wedding venue.
